High carbon stainless steel blades with hardened edge with vanadium & molybdenum for long lasting edge - HRC58-60 with one cutting edge serrated to reduce slipping and notched blade for tough and large diameter cuts. Tough, lightweight nylon handles. Supplied with handy clip-on belt pouch.
